هوزینگ در صنعت آب به پوسته یا محفظه فیلتر های میکرونی گفته می شود. در واقع وظیفه نگهداری از فیلترهای میکرونی (pp و یا نخی تابیده) بر عهده هوزینگ می باشد. در صورتی که دبی آب کم باشد از هوزینگ های تک المان (استیل – شیشه ای – pvc) و در صورتی که دبی آب بالا باشد (تقریبا بالای ۵ مترمکعب در ساعت) از هوزینگ های چند المانه استفاده می شود. هوزینگ فیلتر کارتریچ با توجه به جنس بدنه به سه دسته کلی زیر تقسیم می شوند:
الف: هوزینگ استیل
هوزینگ استیل برای پیش تصفیه آب شیرین کن های صنعتی و پیش تصفیه کارخانجات صنعتی و آب معدنی کاربرد دارند. درپوش این هوزینگ ها با توجه به دبی و فشار موجود در هوزینگ به دو نوع پیچی و کلمپی و از نظر نوع اتصال به فلنچی و دنده ای تقسیم می شوند. هوزینگ های استیل قابلیت تحمل فشار تا ۱۲ بار را دارند.
ب: هوزینگ شیشه ای
این دسته از هوزینگ ها اغلب تک المانه هستند و حداکثر تا ۵بار فشار را تحمل می کنند. دبی آنها با توجه به قطر و ارتفاع آن متغیر می باشد. جنس این نوع از هوزینگ ها از نوع شیشه نشکن می باشد.
ج: هوزینگ PVC – هوزینگ پلاستیک فود گرید
این دسته از هوزینگ ها از جنس پلاستیک فود گرید تولید شده و به دلیل عدم عبور نور خورشید جهت هوزینگ های ضد جلبک نیز استفاده می شوند. همچنین از هوزینگ pvc در سیستم های پیش تصفیه ساختمان و آب شیرین کن ها استفاده می شود.
نکات مورد توجه:
- به طور کلی هوزینگ فیلتر آب دارای سایز بندی: ۱۰ اینچ، ۲۰ اینچ، ۲۰ اینچ جامبو، ۳۰ اینچ و ۴۰ اینچ می باشند.
- هوزینگ های شیشه ای و هوزینگ پی وی سی اغلب به صورت تک المانه می باشند، ولی هوزینگ استیل اغلب به صورت چند المانه وجود دارند.
- هوزینگ های استیل در سه نوع هوزینگ استیل ۳۰۴، هوزینگ استیل ۳۱۶ SS و L ۳۱۶SS و در سایز بندی ۲۰ تا ۴۰ اینچ و تعداد المنت ۵ تا ۴۲ المان می باشند.
Housing
Housing is referring to the shell or housing of micron filters. In fact, the housing is responsible for maintaining micron filters (pp or spun yarn). If the water flow rate is low, single-element housings (steel-glass-PVC) are used, and if the water flow rate is high (approximately above 5 cubic meters per hour), multi-element housings are used. Cartridge filter housings are divided into the following three general categories according to the material of the body:
A: steel Housing
Steel housings are applicable for pre-purification of industrial desalination water ,industrial factories and mineral water. The caps of these housings are divided into screw and clamp types according to the flow rate and pressure in the housing, and in terms of the type of connection, they are divided into flange and rib. Steel housings can withstand pressure up to 12 bar.
B: Glass housing
These types of housings are mostly single element and can withstand up to 5 bar pressure. Their flow varies according to its diameter and height. The material of this type of housing is unbreakable glass.
C: PVC housing – food grade plastic housing
This category of housings is made of food grade plastic and due to the lack of sunlight transmission, they are also used for anti-algae housings. PVC housing is also used in building pre-treatment systems and water softeners.
Considerable points
In general, water filter housings have sizes of: 10 inches, 20 inches, 20 inches jumbo, 30 inches and 40 inches.
Glass housings and PVC housings are often single-element, but steel housings are often multi-element.
There are three types of steel housings: 304 steel housings, 316 SS and L 316SS steel housings, in sizes from 20 to 40 inches, and the number of elements is 5 to 42 elements.
