فیلتر شنی چیست؟
فیلتر شنی به عنوان پرکاربرد ترین سیستم در جداسازی املاح معلق به شمار می آید. فیلتر شنی ها قادر به حذف کدورت ذرات معلق فیزیکی موجود در آب ها تا قطر ۵۰ میکرون می باشند. برای شفافیت در رنگ آب استخرها یکی از رایج ترین تصفیه ها دستگاه فیلتر شنی تحت فشار می باشد. که با تامین فشار مورد نیاز در حذف کدورت و جداسازی املاح آب کمک می کند. در فیلترهای استخر شنا آب به وسیله پمپ از اسکیمرها و کفشورهای استخر به فیلترشنی تحت فشار هدایت و پس از تصفیه مجدد به استخر بازگشت داده می شود.

در فیلتر شنی پس از آنکه نشانگر های فشار در ورودی و خروجی فیلترشنی افت را نشان دهند زمان بک واش فرارسیده است. این کار به راحتی امکان پذیر می باشد و از طریق باز و بسته کردن شیر های فیلتر در فیلتر شنی قابل انجام می باشد.
زمان تعویض سیلیس فیلترشنی
سازند ها بنابر کیفیت سیلیس در فیلترشنی زمانی بین ۴ تا ۸ سال را جهت تعویض آنها پیش نهاد می دهند که با توجه به درست کارکردن و استفاده صحیح از فیلترشنی و با توجه به بک واش به موقع فیلتر شنی طول عمر سیلیس هم افزایش پیدا می کند. و می توان عمر سیلیس را تا ۱۰ سال هم رساند.
انواع شیرها در فیلترشنی
- شیر پروانه ای و فلکه ای به صورت چهار فلکه خطی یا موازی
- شیر دستی چهارکاره باقابلیت نصب از بالا و بغل
- شیر چند کاره تمام اتوماتیک با قابلیت تنظیم زمانی و گذر آب
تفاوت شیرهای فیلترشنی درکارایی آنها می باشد. هرکدام دارای پارامترهای مثبت و منفی می باشند. مثلا در لوله کشی ها در سایز بالا استفاده از شیر پروانه ای کاربری را برای اپراتور آسانتر از نوع فلکه ای آن می کند. شیرهای پروانه ای قابلیت نصب سیستم اتومات را هم دارا می باشد. شیرهای اتوماتیک فیلترشنی هم که خود قابل برنامه ریزی هم برحسب مقدار گذر آب از فیتلر و هم براساس تنظیم زمان کار فیلتر می باشد.
تفاوت در جنس بدنه فیلترهای شنی(فلزی یا FRP)
جنس بدنه فلزی باشد یا FRP ؟ این همیشه یکی از سوال هایی است که جهت تهیه برای خریدار پیش می آید. هرکدام از این فیلترها داری پارامترهای مثبت و منفی در فرآیند و طول عمر آنها می باشد. که از جمله آنها سطح فیلتراسیون در فیلترهای می باشد.
در فیلترشنی فلزی به دلیل داشتن صفحه نازل که نازل ها بر روی آن نصب می باشند همیشه سطح فیلتراسیون بیشتری به دلیل پخش بودن نازلها نسبت به فیلترشنیFRP دارد. و همیشه آب تصفیه شده در این نوع فیلترها زلال تر می باشد. بدنه های FRP بیشتر از این رو مورد استقبال قرار می گیرند که به دلیل داشتن لایه پلی اتیلن به هیچ وجه زنگ نمی زنند.
What is Sand Filter?

In metallic sand filters, due to the nozzle plate and the diffusion of the nozzles filtration area is more than the FRP sand filter. And the purified water in these types of filters is always clearer. FRP bodies are more well received because they do not rust at all for being covered by the polyethylene layer.
