آکوامدیفایر ۱۰۰ (Aqua Modifier 100)

معرفی محصول : آکوامدیفایر ۱۰۰ آنتی اسکالانتی، مناسب جهت جلوگیری از تشکیل رسوب در آب با PH کمتر از ۸٫۷ و سختی بالاتر از ۵۰۰ppm می باشد. این آنتی اسکالانت همچنین توانایی پراکندگی رسوباتی از جمله کلسیم کربنات، کلسیم سولفات، باریم سولفات و … را دارا می باشد و به صورتی فرموله شده که همه غشاها از جمله پلی آمید سازگاری دارد.

مواد تشکیل دهنده : مشتقات فسفونیک اسید، پلی کربوکسیلیک اسید

مشخصات ظاهری : مایع شفاف با رنگ زرد کمرنگ

PH محلول غلیظ : کمتر از ۲

میزان و نحوه مصرف : بسته به نوع و کیفیت آب ورودی و پارامترهای بهره برداری سیستم در محدوده ی غلظتی بین ۳ppm تا ۶ppm نسبت به آب ورودی به غشاء تزریق گردد. برای رقیق سازی از آب نرم یا بدون یون استفاده شود. محلول آنتی اسکالانت به طور پیوسته به غشا تزریق گردد و در صورت رقیق سازی تا ۱۰ برابر طی ۷ روز با محلول جدید جایگزین گردد.

معرفی محصول : آکوامدیفایر ۸۰ آنتی اسکالانتی مناسب جهت جلوگیری از تشکیل رسوب در آب با سختی کمتر از ۵۰۰ppm می باشد. این آنتی اسکالانت همچنین توانایی پراکندگی رسوباتی از جمله کلسیم کربنات، کلسیم سولفات، باریم سولفات و… را دارا می باشد و به صورتی فرموله شده که با همه غشاها از جمله پلی آمید سازگاری دارد.

معرفی محصول: آکوا مدیفایر ۶۰ آنتی اسکالانتی مناسب جهت جلوگیری از تشکیل رسوب در آب با سختی کمتر از ۲۵۰ppm می باشد. این آنتی اسکالانت توانایی پراکندگی انواع رسوبات را دارا می باشد و به صورتی فرموله شده که از نظر اقتصادی مقرون به صرفه باشد.

مواد تشکیل دهنده: مشتقات فسفونیک اسید و هیدروکلریک اسید

مشخصات ظاهری: مایع شفاف با رنگ زرد کم رنگ

PH محلول غلیظ: کمتر از ۲ میزان و نحوه مصرف: بسته به نوع و کیفیت آب ورودی و پارامترهای بهره برداری سیستم در محدوده ی غلظتی بین ۳ppm تا ۶ppm نسبت به آب ورودی به غشا تزريق گردد. برای رقیق سازی از آب نرم یا بدون یون استفاده شود. محلول آنتی اسکالانت به طور پیوسته به غشا تزریق گردد.

هیدرومدیفایر ۲۰ (Hydromodifier 20)

معرفی محصول: هیدرومدیفایر ۲۰ یک محصول شستشوی ممبران با خاصیت قلیایی است که مناسب جهت حذف وشستشوی روغن، مواد آلی، مواد کلوئیدی و میکروارگانسیم های تجمیع یافته بر روی ممبران هاست. در فرمولاسیون آن از مواد ضدخوردگی استفاده شده که سازگاری مناسبی با تجهیزات آب شیرین کن دارد.

مواد تشکیل دهنده: هیدروکسید سدیم، سورفاکتانت آنیونیک و نانیونیک، عوامل کیلیت کننده و ضد خوردگی

مشخصات ظاهری: مایع شفاف با رنگ کهربایی

PH محلول غليظ: کمتر از ۱۳

میزان و نحوه ی مصرف: حجم مناسبی از محلول شستشو متناسب با حجم پرشر وسل ها و لوله های اتصال دهنده انتخاب گردد و طبق دستورالعمل در فشار مناسب به مدت ۳۰ الی ۶۰ دقیقه در ممبران ها سیرکوله و سپس تخلیه شود.

هیدرو مدیفایر ۳۰ (Hydromodifier 30)

معرفی محصول: هیدرومدیفایر ۳۰ یک محصول شستشوی ممبران با خاصیت اسیدی است که مناسب جهت حذف و شستشوی رسوبات غیرآلی نظیر هیدروکسیدها، کربنات کلسیم و آهن تجمیع یافته بر روی ممبران هاست. در فرمولاسیون آن از مواد ضدخوردگی استفاده شده که سازگاری مناسبی با تجهیزات آب شیرین کن دارد.

مواد تشکیل دهنده: هیدروکلریدریک اسید، سورفاکتانت آنیونیک و نانیونیک، عوامل کیلیت کننده و ضد خوردگی

What is antiscalant and hydro modifier and what are theirs application?

Anti scalants – Aqua Modifier 100

Product introduction: Aquamodifier 100 anti-scalant is suitable for preventing the formation of sediment in water with a pH lower than 8.7 and a hardness higher than 500ppm. This antiscalant also has the ability to disperse sediments such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, etc., and it is formulated in such a way that it is compatible with all membranes, including polyamide.

– Ingredients: phosphonic acid derivatives, polycarboxylic acid
– Appearance: clear liquid with pale yellow color
– pH of concentrated solution: less than 2

Amount and method of consumption: Depending on the type and quality of the feed water and the operating parameters of the system, it should be injected into the membrane in a concentration range between 3ppm and 6ppm compared to the feed water. Use soft or deionized water for dilution. The anti-scalant solution should be continuously injected into the membrane and if it is diluted up to 10 times, it should be replaced with a new solution within 7 days.

Aqua Modifier 80

Product introduction: Aquamodifier 80 anti-scalant is suitable for preventing the formation of sediment in water with hardness lower than 500ppm. This antiscalant also has the ability to disperse sediments such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, etc., and it is formulated in such a way that it is compatible with all membranes, including polyamide.

Aqua Modifier 60

– Ingredients: sodium hydroxide, anionic and nonionic surfactant, chelating and anti-corrosion agents.
– Appearance: clear liquid with amber color
– pH of concentrated solution: less than 13

Amount and method of consumption: Select the appropriate volume of washing solution according to the volume of the pressurized vessels and connecting pipes and circulate it in the membranes for 30 to 60 minutes at the appropriate pressure according to the instructions and then drain it.

Hydromodifier 30

Product introduction: Hydromodifier 30 is a membrane washing product with acidic properties, which is suitable for removing and washing inorganic deposits such as hydroxides, calcium carbonate and iron collected on membranes. – Ingredients: Hydrochloric acid, anionic and nonionic surfactants, chelating and anti-corrosion agents.
– Appearance: clear liquid with amber color
– pH of concentrated solution: less than 1

Amount and method of use: Select the right amount of washing solution according to the pressure volume of the vessels and connecting pipes and according to the instructions at the right pressure for 30 to 60 minutes in the membrane of the filter and then drain it.
